Shipping & Delivery Policy

Domestic Shipping (Within India):
Orders for domestic buyers are shipped through registered Indian courier companies and/or India Post Speed Post. All domestic orders are processed and dispatched within 8–14 business days from the date of order and payment confirmation, or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery timelines are subject to courier company or postal service norms. MAK TOURS & TRAVELS is not liable for any delay caused by courier or postal authorities. Our responsibility is limited to handing over the shipment to the courier/postal service within the stated timeframe.
All deliveries will be made to the shipping address provided by the buyer during checkout. Confirmation of dispatch and tracking details will be sent to the registered email ID.

International Shipping (Outside India):
Orders for international buyers are shipped and delivered through reputed international courier partners and/or International Speed Post services. International orders are processed and dispatched within 20–30 business days from the date of order and payment confirmation, or as per the delivery schedule agreed at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery time may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and local postal processes. MAK TOURS & TRAVELS is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal authorities.
Please note that import duties, taxes, or customs charges (if applicable) are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid directly to the local customs office or delivery agent upon arrival.
All international deliveries will be made to the address provided by the buyer at checkout. Dispatch confirmation and tracking information will be shared via email once the order is shipped.
